Tropical Vegan Acai Bowl

iNGREDIENTS

 1 pack (100g) Tropical Acai Puree
 ½ cup frozen mango chunks
 ½ cup frozen pineapple chunks
 ½ banana, sliced
 ¼ cup coconut water or almond milk
 1 tablespoon shredded coconut
 1 teaspoon chia seeds

DIRECTIONS

  • In a blender, combine the Tropical Acai Puree, mango, pineapple, banana, and coconut water.

  • Blend until smooth and thick. If necessary, add a few ice cubes for a creamier texture.

  • Pour the mixture into a bowl.

  • Top with extra pineapple, mango slices, chia seeds, and shredded coconut.

 

  • Serve chilled and enjoy a taste of the tropics in every spoonful.
